residents may receive income surveys
Some residents and homeowners in Cottonwood may be receiving an income survey in the mail from the city of Cottonwood. The purpose of the survey is to determine eligibility for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant to partially fund storm water system upgrades for a project the city is considering. Households were selected through a randomization process, and individual results will remain confidential. The city is working with the Clearwater Economic Development Association (CEDA) to administer the survey. Respondents can return the surveys, postage paid, to CEDA or drop them off at city hall.
