50 year reunion is held
The 50 year class reunion of 1968-2018 , was a great success.  Most of the class of Prairie High School along with St. Gertrude’s Academy were well represented.  A delicious sit down beef dinner and all the trimmings, catered by Stephanie Duclos was enjoyed by all.
The hall was beautifully decorated with souveniers of the fifties, and on the “ladder to heaven “ was the obituaries of our many deceased classmates.  Lots of visiting with the classmates and their lives since high school.  It was wonderful to catch up.
Dinner was topped off with two cakes, one with white and blue for SGA and black and red for PHS.  We were blessed by the presence of one of the authentic/antique and original teachers, Jerry Wren.
Thank you to all who helped organize and host this memorable day for us all..   Thanks also to the upper and lower classmates for coming on Sunday also.  It was so great to catch up with them., coming from Sandpoint, Couer d’ Alane , Kooskia and even Elk City.  And a big thanks to Greg Wherry, for the Chronicle announcements to allow such a great turnout. It was really a great weekend to remember.  Thanks again, the 1968 class committee (Jim Rehder, Debbie Stubbers, Judy Arnzen and Judy Klapprich Uhlenkott).
