First graders appreciate guest speakers
The first-graders at Prairie Elementary School would like to thank all of the volunteers who were recent guest speakers in their classrooms.
The students in Mrs. Rachael Hernandez's and Mrs. Cindy Schumacher's classrooms have been learning about different jobs and the goods and services they provide.
Our guest speakers shared many interesting things about their jobs.  The first graders were able to ask our guests many questions that helped them gain a better understanding of what they do in their jobs.  The teachers greatly appreciated all of the time, organization and preparation it took the guest speakers to share their talents with the children.  We learned so many new things.
The guest speakers are pictured below. Photos provided by Cindy Schumacher.
