at Coyote's
Since purchasing the former Mini-Village, Barney and Bobbi Chambers have had some extensive remodeling done at what is now called Coyote’s One Stop. They took out the former office and storage area which opened up a lot more space and moved the cash register, deli, pizza prep table and coffee kiosk into that area. The soft drink coolers have been moved to the west wall and expanded. They also now offer a to go menu where you can call in an order and then pick it up when ready. They offer 7” personal pizzas or 15 inch full-size pizzas. For those with gluten issues they also offer an 11” gluten free crust. For huge appetites or to feed several people, they feature Dick’s Famous Pizza Pie which is 4 lbs. worth of every topping they have on a 15 inch crust. They also have breakfast items in the deli. Pick up a to-go menu and call in orders to 208-962-3369. They open at 6:30 a.m. 7 days a week. Monday through Thursday they are open until 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday they are open until 10 p.m. and on Sunday they close at 8 p.m.
