Keto Adventures – Appetizers!
Mon. April 6th; 5:30-7:30PM (must register by 3/28)
By: Amy Fox-Sickels; Cost: $41
Since both party food options and variety are often a challenge for people practicing a keto lifestyle, Amy will make four appetizers students can make for Easter: a prosciutto wrapped buffalo chicken jalapeno popper, a pizza chip, a BLT dip, and a stuffed meatball. She will also discuss substitution options and ways to change the appetizers by using spices. Registration closes March 28th.
Learn to Dance the Salsa
Tues. April 7th & 14th; 6:30-8PM
By: Lori & Casey Zechmann; Cost $30/couple
Salsa is a popular form of social dance originating in Eastern Cuba. It is versatile, and can be danced to contemporary, pop and Latin music. You will learn partnering skills and movements, some of which are interchangeable between dance styles. Bring your smooth-soled comfortable shoes, and learn some new steps and a new style for the dance floor!
Learn to Play the Guitar
Weds. April 15th & 22nd; 6:30-8:30PM
By: Jim Holsinger; Cost: $20
Bring a guitar and learn how to tune it, the keys, basic melodic chords, and when to change cords. The class will finish with students playing a simple melody.  If you don’t have a guitar, two are available for use in class only (no charge). Be sure to “claim” one when you register.
Spanish & Culture II
Mon/Thurs April 6-May11th; 7-8:30PM
By:  Francisca Garner; Cost: $45
This 8 class course is for people who have either completed the Beginning Spanish I course, or have some exposure to Spanish language pronunciation. The course will start on Chapter 5 of "Learning Spanish, Step by Step". Time will be spent on pronunciation, translation, and conversation. Some culture and food tasting will also take place.  Students must order their own copy of the workbook through Amazon.
