The Prairie Girls basketball team held their annual Duck Races fundraiser with over $5,000 raised for the program. This year it also served as Gracie Farr's senior project. Free concert at the park Friday. Aaron Weil will be live in concert Friday, July 30th at 6:30 PM at the Cottonwood City Park.  Bring a chair or a blanket and be blessed with some contemporary Christian music with a touch of bluegrass. Click on the photo for a larger view.

Last Thursday, July 22, the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a semi truck rollover accident near the intersection of Greencreek Rd. and Rock Pit Rd. The call came in at 2:04 p.m. The road was partially blocked for quite some time. The driver was not injured in the incident. Frank’s Rescue Towing also responded.
