Grief Share classes start in September
Grief Share is a non-denominational faith based program that helps people through their grief. Grief is a process and not something you get over.
Through this program you will learn how to create a new normal, understand that you are not alone and work through the grieving process. We can give you the support and encouragement after a death of a spouse, child, family member, or a friend. It does not matter how long ago the death happened. Time and grief go hand in hand.
The program runs for 12 weeks and the meetings will begin September 13th (Monday) from 6-8pm. A light dinner will be served and then a video and talk time will follow.  If you are interested or know of someone who might benefit from this program please contact either Greg or Colleen Sonnen.  Grief is hard work; it can drain you physically and emotionally.  We understand and would love to be your weekly oasis.  A workbook will be ordered for you when you register.
For more information or to register for the class contact Colleen: 208-962-7049. Greg: 208-983-5824. sonnenc@sd242.org   or gsonnen@q.com
