All student-athletes grades 7, 9, 11, and first time athletes will need to have a new physical on file in the office before you can participate or practice in football, volleyball, cheerleading or any winter/spring sport. If you had your physical or are going to get your physical at St. Mary’s Clinic, we will have your forms on file.  If you had it done somewhere else, please bring your completed physical forms to the office prior to your first practice.
