Cross Country season will start with a meeting following the Fall Sport meeting on August 8^th. 
We will discuss the upcoming season and talk about our practice schedule.  Practices will tentatively be at 7 pm but we will discuss at the meeting on Monday.    Please contact me if you would like to join the Cross-Country team.   We are looking at 15 to 20 members on the High School team right now but always welcome more.  We all work diligently at improving ourselves and building the team into a family.  
If you want to be on a team that will push you and build lifelong skills, XC is for you.  There are no substitutions, just you pushing yourself to your limits.
