Pirates at football jamboree Friday
The Prairie Pirates will be involved in a football jamboree this Friday, August 19 at Clearwater Valley High School in Kooskia.

The Admission prices are Adults $5 and Students $3.
IHSAA cards will not be honored as the jamboree is ONLY allowed as a fund-raising event for Youth Endowment Association.
This will be a controlled scrimmage with no kickoffs or punts. Coaches will be allowed to stand behind their respective huddles.
Each team is allowed to be on offense and defense against the other schools with a 15-minute running clock for each segment.
The team on offense starts on its own 40-yard line and keeps the ball for the full 15 minutes. If they fail to make a first down, the ball is brought back to the 40, where they start again. If there is a turn-over, the ball goes back to the offense, once again starting on its own 40.
The first round will start at 7 p.m. and will feature C.V. vs. Timberline and Prairie vs. Lapwai.
The second round will have C.V. vs. Lapwai and Prairie vs. Timberline.
The third and final round will have C.V. vs. Prairie and Lapwai vs. Timberline.
We will take a 10 minute break in between each Round. It is a running clock and there are no timeouts.
There will be concessions available.

New head coach T.T. Cain watches as he puts his players through a douwnfield blocking drill. At left in the white shirt is returning assistant coach Tanner Ross.
