following Project: Wastewater Reuse – Storage Reservoirs – Phase II.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the
Cottonwood City Hall located at 506 King Street, Cottonwood, ID 83522,
until March 25 at2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received
will be publicly opened and read aloud.CITY OF COTTONWOOD, IDAHO WASTEWATER REUSE – STORAGE RESERVOIRS - PHASE II The Project includes the following Work: The Cottonwood Wastewater Compliance Project is broken into Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III. These bidding documents are for the construction of Phase II. Phase II construction includes: 89 Million gallons of HDPE lined storage reservoirs, a buried concrete disinfection basin approximately 45’ x 25’ in plan view and associated 24’ x 20’ wood frame control building, and an irrigation pump station. The pump station houses three pumps and motors sized at 200 HP, 75 HP and 20HP with a spare (on the shelf pump for each) in an associated 40’ x 40’ wood frame structure. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on March 12, 2026at 10 am local time at Cottonwood City Hall, 506 King Street, Cottonwood, Idaho 83522. Virtual meeting option will be provided, invitation will be sent to registered bidders on Quest CDN via email the day before the conference. Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier’s check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner. Published in the Cottonwood Chronicle March 5 and 12, 2026 Notice of Public Hearing on the Status of Funded St. Mary’s Hospital Inc., a 503 (c)3 nonprofit, received an Idaho Community Development Block Grant in the amount of $325,000 from the Idaho Department of Commerce. This funding is allocated to the State of Idaho from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These funds are being used to electrical system improvements. The hearing will include a review of project activities and accomplishments to date, a summary of all expenditures to date, a general description of remaining work and any changes made to the scope of work, budget, schedule, location of beneficiaries. The hearing has been scheduled for march 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Large Conference room at St. Mary’s Hospital, 701 Lewiston St., Cottonwood, ID.
