18 seniors attended the Graduation Mass held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Greencreek on May 17. The End of the School Year Bash for all students was Wednesday, June 3 starting at St. Mary’s Church. Photo by Sarah Walsh. Click on the photo for a larger view.


Sage Elven signed her letter of intent to be a thrower for the University of Idaho Track and Field team. She received a full ride scholarship.  She's the first Prairie athlete to sign with a Division 1 college since Carrie Riener and Cindy Schultz signed with WSU in 1978. The lower photo shows Sage with head track coach Ryan Hasselstrom and throwers coach and also her father, Matt Elven. Click on each photo for a larger view.

The Prairie First Graders Enjoyed an Educational Hospital Field Trip at Syringa! The first graders had the opportunity to visit the hospital in Grangeville, where we toured several departments and learned about medical equipment, patient care, and hospital safety.
