Sage Elven signed her letter
of intent to be a thrower for the University of Idaho Track and Field
team. She received a full ride scholarship. She's the first
Prairie athlete to sign with a Division 1 college since Carrie Riener
and Cindy Schultz signed with WSU in 1978. The lower photo shows Sage
with head track coach Ryan Hasselstrom and throwers coach and also her

The
Prairie First Graders Enjoyed an Educational Hospital Field Trip at
Syringa! The first graders had the opportunity to visit the hospital in
Grangeville, where we toured several departments and learned about
medical equipment, patient care, and hospital safety. We want to thank
all the staff at Syringa who made the trip possible. The students had a

The annual farm
equipment consignment sale was held at Prairie Livestock Auction this
past Saturday. It was a cooler day but at least the rain held off
