Summit Elementary basketball team action
Playing in Kamiah’s Invitational Tourney this past weekend, Summit Academy’s elementary school girls’ basketball team won two of their first three games, then lost a tough match to Kamiah sixth in the championship to finish the two day tourney with the Runner-up – second place tourney. . . .
With a 23 to 12 win over Craigmont in their final game of the season, Summit’s elementary school boys’ basketball team concluded a very successful 2003/2004 season with a record of 8 wins and 3 losses.  . . .

Casey Meza, CEO, St. Mary's Hospital & Clinics, presented Idaho's First Lady Patricia Kempthorne a scrapbook featuring SMHC and Clearwater Valley Hospital and Clinics programs that serve area families and youth, including the school backpack program, free childhood immunizations, the Angel Tree, the Safe Sitter and Tar Wars programs.  Larry Barker, CVHC Business Manager looks on.

Beth Richardson, Pregnancy Wellness Coalition and Clearwater County Infant Project, gives Barb Michels, RN, St Mary's Hospital OB Coordinator a case of free Folic Acid which will be distributed by physicians at the clinic to women who are considering pregnancy and those in the beginning stages of pregnancy.  It was donated by the March of Dimes because folic acid helps prevent birth defects.
