Doris Whitley of Prairie High School is among the 429 Idaho students who have been named Boise State Capital Scholars this spring and are eligible to receive a renewable $1,000 scholarship for up to five years to attend Boise State University through the Boise State Capital Scholars academic achievement program. Haleigh Schmidt and Kendra Ross are the attendance winners for February at Prairie Middle School. They won Chef hats and aprons made by Mrs. Savage and enough pizza supplies to make two pizzas.

Bottom photo: Sienna Benton was the solo dance champion at the District meet—for the third year in a row. 

Dallas Frei and Maria Munger have completed all 44 levels of the Math Facts in a Flash program. This two minute timed test is taken by students in computer lab on a daily basis. Dallas and Maria are students in Mrs. Schu's room.
 


Mr. Wassmuth and Mrs. Schu's classes attending a workshop by Rene' and Melissa (bottom photo) actors from the Missoula Children's theatre, on Wednesday afternoon. They worked on improvisation and had a great time!! Students looked (middle photo) while Beth Dinning and Whitney Sonnen from Mr Wassmuth's class brushed their hair and went swimming!!
