The Prairie girls basketball team held their 4th annual Duck Race fundraiser. Shown are the players who took part. The rear parking lot at St. Mary’s Church had been developed over a year ago and recently got a coat of asphalt. Click on the photo for a larger view.

St. Mary’s Hospital recently expanded the parking lot to the south of the Orr Building and just recently it got a fresh coat of asphalt. The Physical Therapy Clinic apparently recently moved out of the Orr Building to the lower level of the main clinic building which is why the lot was expanded. More info to come from the hospital. With Cottonwood Summerfest and the Raspberry Festival this year both being casualties of the coronavirus we thought we’d share a photo from Larry Kopczynski one of the first Buggy Whip Festivals back in the early 1980’s taken from the top of the City Electric building featuring Doc James A.
