St Mary’s and Clearwater Valley Hospital and Clinics sponsored a press
conference in Lewiston last Monday to raise public awareness about the
CHIP B, Childrens Health Insurance Program. They partnered with the
Carpenter’s Union who have underwritten radio advertising and press conferences
across the state promoting the September 1-14 CHIP B ‘Back to School’ open

The 2005 Idaho County FairRoyalty was announced last
Friday. From left are Queen Carolyn Sonnen, First Princess Amanda Cook

Best in Show at the Fair Parade was the Keuterville
Livestock 4-H Club entry, "The Keuterville Hillbillies."
The 2004 royalty's final appearance was during the
parade.
The Color Guard for the Fair Parade includes Terry
Cochran, carrying the U.S. flag, who is home on furlough from serving in
Iraq.
Winners of most unusual pigtails in the Pigtail Contest
were "Mac & Cheese" Makayla Riener and Elizabeth Orgish. |
