Marge and Shorty Arnzen have been named grand marshals for the 2007 Idaho County Fair. See story above left.

Ken Pepper of Cottonwood Cash & Carry presents a check worth $844 to Sr. Clarissa Goeckner, Prioress at St. Gertrude’s Monastery and Sr. Mary Kay Henry, Director of Development at the Monastery. The money was generated by a fundraiser for the Spirit Center where Cash & Carry pledged a percentage of all revenues from Aug. 1-7. The sisters are very grateful for the contribution. The consider Spirit Center one vital ongoing way they can contribute to the local community.
