The kids at the Summer Reading Program enjoyed hearing an amusing story read by Rick Johnson called "Diary of a Worm". They also painted lady bug rocks.

Dan Coburn sings to the kids at the Summer Reading Program.  He also read an encouraging, true story to them. Any child who wishes to attend the program is encouraged to come this Thursday at the library from 1:30-3:00.

This week Dan’s Burger Barn was placed on the east side of the football fieldhouse.This storage/Barn is sponsored by generous donations in memory of Dan Kaschmitter to the Prairie Booster Club with the majority of the donations given to the Club last September. The Clark Hinkelman family also donated money in memory of Clark. The Booster Club has been given other donations, a list of which will be displayed on the Barn. The Burger Barn will house items used by the Prairie Booster Club and will be used during the Prairie Schools football games. The Prairie Booster Club would like to acknowledge donated time and labor from Robert and Linda Nida and Gordon and Marilyn Harman. Anyone wishing to donate memorials or to contribute to the ongoing improvement of Dan’s Burger Barn, please send a check payable to the Prairie Booster Club, P.O. Box 182, Cottonwood, ID 83522.
