Kurt and Loretta Riener were named Prairie Booster Club Boosters of the Year for 2007-08. They were awarded this plaque for the endless hours of time and effort for the Booster Club. 

Sonnen Meats has been awarded as the Prairie Booster Club Business of the Year for 2007-08. Norm and Julie Sonnen are pictured here with their children, Rachel in Julie’s arms, Jessie on the left and Dani on the right. Congratulations to Sonnen Meats and thanks for the continued donations and support to the Prairie Booster Club.

St. Mary’s Hospital received an award for their participation in the Clearwater to Salmon Relay for Life.  Carolyn Haning and Tamy Quick, co-chairs, Relay Corporate Sponsor Committee; Todd Nida, SMHC CAO and Lenne Bonner, CFO; Arlene Baerlocher and Judy DeHaas, SMH Team co-captains. Crews from North Idaho Corrections helped the City of Cottonwood and the Idaho County Fair Board get ready for the fair. In the top photo the park bathrooms were painted and the grounds were cleaned.  In the lower photo  rock was picked around the area where new electric and water outlets were placed on the fair grounds.
