Students of the month at Prairie High School are Andrea Schumacher, left, and Megan Sigler. Andrea has been an exceptional student this year.  When she knows she will be gone, she asks for homework and has it done ahead of time.  She always offers to help a teacher out when it looks as if they are being swamped with work.  This young lady is greatly appreciated. Megan was nominated for student of the month in Physical Science class due to her tremendous work ethic and dedication to school.  She always takes the time to finish assignments thoroughly and completely.  She goes out of her way to help her group members when they have a question on the assignment.  Overall, Megan is a very conscience student and puts forth an enormous amount of time and effort into anything she does.

The Center for Discovery had and excellent turnout for their March 25 Carnival. We would like to say thank you to all those who came and supported the Center for Discovery. We would also like to say thank you to everyone who donated candy and to all the parent, student and community volunteers. We could not have done it without you. Shown is Ciera Chaffee getting her face painted by Carly Behler.
