The Prairie football team and coaches with the state banner and trophy after beating Genesee 36-28 in the 1A, D-1 championship game Friday, Nov. 17 at the Kibbie Dome. It is Prairieís third state championship in the past 10 years. Click on the photo for a larger view.

Prairie's six seniors got to pose with the state banner and trophy first. Four of these players were on the roster for the 2014 state championship and are the first group to win more than 1 state football championship. From left are Hunter Chaffee, Jace Perrin, Jayce Huling, Nick Mager, Jake Stubbers and Dereck Arnzen. All but Perrin and Stubbers were on the 2014 roster. Click on the photo for a larger view.
