 The month of September, Prairie Jr/Sr High staff sent out Pirate cards to the following students: 7th grade-Jackson Enneking, Brehanna Fowler, Oliver Hinman, Max Rehder, Philip Schwartz; 8th grade - Lukas Bennett, Kasandra Dinning, Monica Goeckner, Natalie Goeckner, Kaylie Lockett, Jonathan Martin, Jake Quintal, Briggs Rambo, Aubree Rehder, Laramie Richardson, Carter Shears;9th grade - Chayla Christopher, Ravin Cronan, Lee Forsmann, Sarah Lusting, Elizabeth Severns, Isabella Walsh; 10th grade - Ben Gehring, Quirt Goeckner, Taeler Key, Mary Schwartz, Gabby Stancell, Logan Waddell, Levi Walsh, Ryan Wemhoff; 11th grade - Wade Goeckner, Becca Jones, Olivia Klapprich, Alex McElroy, Wyatt Ross and 12th grade - Kyleigh Duclos, Tony Goeckner, Pixie Jones, Sierra McWilliams, Lane Remacle, Dalton Ross, Connor Schwartz, Remington Sprute, Ellea Uhlenkott, Eve Uhlenkott.   . We do a random drawing at the end the month for 5 lucky winner. Alli Rambo won for our region in a coloring contest for the Forest Service. Her winning artwork was made into a billboard that was posted near Riggins this summer. Members of the Prairie football team carry the US and Pirate flags on to the field prior to the start of the game against Kamiah last Friday. One of the flags was presented to Staff Sergeant Jeff Uhlenkott of the Army National Guard who presented the flag as the “Star Spangled Banner” was played by the Prairie Jr./Sr. High School Band. They did the same for last week’s game with Jason Rambo getting presented the flag for the National Anthem. Click on the photo for a larger view.
