Pirates lose at Kendrick; 11 wrestlers medal at Kamiah
The Prairie football team jumped out to a 12-0 lead but Kendrick came back with a strong running game to roll to a 24-70 win over the Pirates in the season finale for both teams Friday, Oct. 28 at Kendrick. . . .

Trick-or-Treaters were out in force Monday evening despite the cold, wet weather. These three groups visited the Chronicle publishers home.


The Prairie Booster Club presented a pair of $500 checks last week. In the top photo Booster president Chris Kaschmitter presents a check to principal Rene' Forsmann and librarian Lois Lamont that will go toward new books for the Middle School library. In the lower photo Chris presents a check to Rene' that will go toward a future sign at the Middle School.


The halls at Prairie High School were decorated for Halloween.

Cottonwood Chamber of Commerce president Larry Kidd, left, welcomes new Cottonwood Bowl manager Doug Emperor to the business community and presents him with a year's Chamber membership.
