In the top photo youngsters check out the prizes at the Center For Discovery carnival while in the lower photo they wait in line for tickets. The carnvial was a huge success.  Thank you to all who volunteered and made donations.  And thanks to all the kids who came and had fun and supported the Center for Discovery.

Brody Hasselstrom won the Hershey Chocolate guess jar at the Center For Discovery carnival last week.

5th Graders from Prairie Middle School enjoyed a morning of swimming at the Super 8 Motel in Grangeville.  These students were rewarded with the swimming party for mastering their 3rd quarter reading goals with an 80% test average.  Owner, Ted Lindsley, congratulated the students on their reading goals and encouraged them to “keep reading!”  Thank you Super 8 staff for encouraging our students and promoting reading; and a wonderful opportunity to swim!
