The intersection of U.S. 95 and  Greencreek Road has been the site of numerous accidents in the years since the bypass was built in the mid-1970’s. Input is sought on how to make it safer. See story at left. Photo by Joe Riener.

Maria Munger, Samantha Remacle and Bailie Gehring received plaques in recognition of 3 years of membership in the Prairie Youth Choir at the Jazz Concert in March.  Josie Remington was recognized for 4 years of membership with a medal, but moved to Mexico just prior to Jazz Festival and was unavailable for the photo.  Congrats to all of these girls for their dedication and leadership in choir! 

The Easter Bunny (AKA Sharon Kimball) helps Ashlyn North, daughter of Heather and Aaron North, hunt eggs at Carole and Jim Toennis’ home.

The second Ladies Night Out will be held this Thursday, April 15, from 5:30 to 7:30 at the SMHC Cottonwood Medical Clinic.  Peg Gehring, FNP, is pictured at the first event.  She and other female health providers will be on hand to discuss women’s wellness and conduct annual female exams.
