Summit Academy’s class of 2015 flip their tassels after receiving their diplomas with Megan Seubert, Nathan Beckman and Josh Lustig pulling theirs while Joshua Frei at right waited a few seconds longer to do so than his classmates. There was a good crowd at Saturday’s Annual Consignment Sale at the Prairie Ag Center. There were more items this year as the sale lasted close to an hour longer than it did last year.Click on each photo for a larger view.

This quilt, which is on display at the Credit Union, will be auctioned off at the Greencreek 4th of July Celebration with proceeds to go towards the Quilts of Valor program. There will also be a breakfast fundraiser for Quilts of Valor Sunday, June 28 from 7 to 11 at the Eagles Hall in Grangeville. Call Shirley Baerlocher, 962-3107 or Kathy Warford, 983-1832 for tickets or more information about donating to this worthy cause. All donations are tax deductible.
