The Prairie Lady Pirates split their final two regular season matches then won 2 of 3 at District to stay alive for a possible state tournament berth. . . .
The Lady Pirates beat Lapwai in 4 games Tuesday, Oct. 18, to take third at District and play Thursday, Oct. 20 at Coeur d'Alene High School against Wallace at 5 p.m. The winner of that match will play Saturday at Highland High School in Craigmont against the District 3 fourth place team for a state berth.
