The VFW and American Legion performed Memorial Day services Monday at the Greencreek and Cottonwood Cemeteries, placing a wreath at the flagpole and reading off a list of all veterans buried in those cemeteries. The upper photo is at the Cottonwood Catholic Cemetery while the lower photo is at the Cottonwood Community Cemetery. Click on the photos for a larger view.

Casey Meza, CEO, SMHC/CVHC and Dr. Jeremy Ostrander, SMHC family practice physician, celebrate the announcement that St. Mary’s and Clearwater Valley Hospitals and Clinics were selected to participate in a national initiative designed to develop a replicable model of patient centered health care with family practice as a key component.
