Enrollment about same as last year
It was announced at the September meeting of the school board Monday, Sept. 15, that school enrollment at this time is only 2 less than it was last Sept. 30. Currently there are 390 students enrolled in grades K-12 compared to 392 last year. . . .

Craigmont resident, John Hahn, right, was named the "Member of the Year" of the Antique Caterpillar Machinery Owner's Club (ACMOC), an International club. The award, in recognition of John's outstanding efforts and contributions to the club was made at the banquet during the Annual ACMOC Show, August 21-23, held in Tremonton, Utah. John is president of Inland N.W. Crawlers, Chapter 14 of ACMOC, the area club with members from Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.  He is shown receiving congratulations from Bruce Vinkler, of Chicago, who is president of ACMOC.  Also attending the Show were John's wife, Kathie, and Don & Charlotte DeArmond, Grangeville, also members of Inland N.W.
