Waters receives accolades

Nicole Wemhoff was presented one of several awards she received at the VFW Post 4902 awards night Saturday, March 15 at Keuterville. She was the Post’s first place winner in the Voice of Democracy Contest and was also the third place winner at the District level. In the upper photo Post Commander Joe Riener is shown presenting her the District 3rd place plaque. She received a plaque and certificate and $100 check for each level. She also received the a medallion and lanyard. In the lower photo she is shown giving her winning speech. See article above left.

Chaye Uptmor is presented the award for second place in the VFW Voice of Democracy Contest by Post Commander Joe Riener.

Sarah Chmelik is presented the third place award in the VFW Post 4902 Voice of Deomcracy Contest by Post Commander Joe Riener.
