Lady Pirates advance to State
The Prairie Lady Pirates had to take the long route to get to the State Tournament. In the District Championship game on Tuesday, Feb. 10, they lost to Lapwai 23-41 at Lewiston. On Thursday, Feb. 12, they won the second place game at District 54-42 over Kamiah at Lewiston. Finally, on Saturday, Feb. 14, they traveled to Cascade where they defeated Raft River 59-40 in a state play-in game. . . .
